The Doctor and Clara arrive at Caliburn House, a supposedly haunted mansion. Here they encounter the legendary ghost hunter Professor Alec Palmer and his psychic assistant Emma Grayling. The Doctor, never one to shy away from a mystery, offers his and Clara's assistance (despite Clara's reluctance).
